ARRANJOS PRODUTIVOS LOCAIS E INOVAÇÃO TECNOLÓGICA: COMO AS ORGANIZAÇÕES INSERIDAS NA CIDADE-BAIRRO PEDRA BRANCA SÃO IMPULSIONADAS À INOVAÇÃO TECNOLÓGICA

RESUMOAs organizações têm procurado por novos modelos estratégicos e estruturais, a fim de se manterem no mercado, buscando e tornando suas estratégias cada vez mais inovadoras. Uma das estratégias que têm despontado no meio empresarial são os arranjos produtivos locais (APL’s), visto que este tipo de arranjo colaborativo torna as empresas inseridas no local mais informadas, competitivas e adeptas à inovação. Nessa perspectiva, este artigo tem como objetivo identificar como as organizações inseridas em um APL são impulsionadas à inovação tecnológica. Para tanto, analisa-se empresas localizadas na Cidade-Bairro Pedra Branca, pertencente a Palhoça - SC. Utilizou-se um questionário baseado na escala Likert para que se obtivesse os resultados necessários por meio de uma pesquisa de campo, com isso pode-se observar uma efetiva vantagem competitiva quanto a este tipo de arranjo, além de identificar a maneira pelo qual os gestores das empresas entrevistadas acreditam ser impulsionados a inovação tecnológica.
ABSTRACTOrganizations have been looking for new strategic and structural models in order to stay in the market, seeking and making their strategies increasingly innovative. One of the strategies that have been disappointed in the business environment are the local productive arrangements (APLs), since this type of collaborative arrangement makes the companies in the place more informed, competitive and adept at innovation. From this perspective, this article aims to identify how the organizations included in an APL are driven to technological innovation. To do so, we analyze companies located in the district of Pedra Branca belonging to the city of Palhoça - SC. A questionnaire based on the Likert scale was used in order to obtain the necessary results through a field survey, with this, it can be observe an effective competitive advantage regarding with this type of arrangement, besides identifying the way in which the managers of the companies interviewed believe to be driven by technological innovation.
